We selected the finest pig for the occasion, ensuring that it would provide an unforgettable culinary experience. The pig was roasted to perfection on our HogMaster grill, and the transformation was spectacular. As the skin slowly turned into a rich, golden honey colour, the aroma of roasting pork filled the air, promising a treat for the senses.
The moment we carved into the succulent meat, guests couldn’t wait to dig in. The tender, juicy pork was complemented perfectly by our homemade sage and onion stuffing, and sweet applesauce that brought a tangy freshness to each bite. But the star of the show? The crispy crackling, which never fails to delight. The satisfying crunch of the crackling against the tender pork was enough to have guests returning for more, and some even asked for thirds!
