Do you have any menus you can send?
We pride ourselves in creating unique menus customised to each event. We work with you to design a menu that matches your style, taste, dietary restrictions, and budget. We are happy to send sample menus for you to use as a starting point.

Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate all dietary restrictions as indicated prior to your event. This includes gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, vegetarian and paleo. We are constantly creating new menu items with dietary restrictions in mind.

What does our company do best? 
We specialise in catering to corporate style events such as weddings, BBQ’s, functions or other large events, but that’s not all!  We also excel in birthday parties, reunions, anniversaries or other custom events. We do our best to meet your requests.

How is your food presented? How will it be served?
Our presentation varies to suit your personal needs. We can provide a buffet style meal where your guests serve themselves – We can serve each guest as they form a line and come directly to our set upWe can also hand deliver your food to an indoor central location bulk packaged in aluminium pans.

What exactly do your packages include?
Packages include the desired food, preparation, and service methods of our extraordinary foods at your location or delivered to you. We provide all paper goods, napkins, disposable utensils, gazebo/s, tables and chafing dishes.

If I decide not to serve cake at my wedding, can you provide a dessert display instead?
We are able to provide freshly profiteroles, chocolate torte, sticky toffee pudding, summer pudding, cheesecake and more. Let us know what you like!

Do I need to serve canapes?
They are a great way to show-off a variety of dishes and help your guests soak up the early afternoon alcohol, or ward off hungry stomachs if you’re serving your wedding breakfast later in the day. The important thing to remember here is canapes are really flexible.

What happens to the leftover food?
If your venue has a refrigerator, we will leave all leftover food with you. Food will be in full size disposable aluminum pans and will be covered with a lid.

Does staff stay onsite?
Our knowledgeable and hospitality minded service team will remain onsite through the food portion of your event. They will execute all food services, bussing of catering items from guest tables, venue kitchen or prep area clean up, wrapping of leftovers, and removal of catering rubbish

How do I get a quote for my event?
Call us! Our team is available to talk to you Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We also have a Quote form on our website or send us an email sales@spittingpiglancashire.co.uk. Once we receive your information, one of our team members will call or email you to gather the rest of the necessary details before sending you a customised quote.
