Celebrating 40 years in business, power generation and energy storage providers, Edina UK Ltd (Manchester) decided to treat 70 guests to an epic BBQ.
The weather couldn’t have been better for it, and as for the food, Hog Roast Clitheroe pulled through with an impressive spread of gourmet BBQ favourites. Guests had the choice of juicy British handmade beef burgers, sausages, Thai chicken skewers, sticky spareribs and, for the vegans and vegetarians, grilled veggie skewers with optional halloumi, flatbreads and tzatziki dip. We also prepared fried onions, chafing trays full of classic and sweet potato fries, huge bowls of salad and coleslaw, and rolls to pile everything onto.
We’re really pleased with how everything turned out and are even more delighted with the great feedback Hog Roast Clitheroe received all day long. No one went home hungry, and the hosts felt relaxed knowing their catering was in safe hands.
