Even though we’ve been hog roasting for several years for hundreds of different people, we’re still just as enthusiastic about hog roasting as the day we started. Not only are hog roasts hearty and delicious, but we enjoy putting our own spin on a classic meal for a wholly unique experience.
We use large, juicy pigs for our hog roasts which are slowly turned on the spit until they turn a delicious golden brown. The process takes approximately 6 hours, therefore, we will arrive at your venue in plenty of time to ensure the food is served at the time you desire.
We can set up our equipment anywhere you like – whether it be indoors, outdoors, or in a marquee and some customers even ask us to be in full view of their guests so that they can watch the process taking place before their eyes.
Alongside hog roasts, we also serve additional dishes from our unique menus so that we cover all tastes and diets. If any guests do require something different, let the Hog Roast Brierfield team know in good time so we can get the preparations underway.
