Business birthdays, otherwise known as the anniversary of the day your company first opened its doors, aren’t just huge milestones for you and your staff – they’re a big occasion for your customers and clients, too! After all, these are the people who support your business throughout the year, spread the word about what you do and they’re the reason you are where you are today. So, when Hazel Valley Hounds reached its fourth year in business, they couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by putting on a pawesome party to show their appreciation.
With 50 guests invited (plus their furry friends) it was the perfect opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, thank loyal customers for their support and celebrate how far their doggy daycare had come. Of course, no good get-together is complete without something tasty to tuck into. That’s where Hog Roast Rossendale came in – and we were delighted to help make this fourth birthday one to remember.
Naturally, feeding a crowd means catering for different tastes and dietary requirements, but Hazel Valley Hounds had nothing to worry about. While our name might give away our speciality, there’s much more to Hog Roast Rossendale than pork alone! With vegetarian and vegan alternatives, plus a wide array of side dishes to round things off, we were able to put together a menu that suited the occasion without stretching the client’s budget.
And when the big day finally arrived, Hog Roast Rossendale got to work bright and early, arriving on site several hours before the midday serving time. This gave our crew plenty of time to get everything ready without rushing, including a whole hog roast served with stuffing and applesauce. For guests who fancied something a bit different, we also rustled up some grilled vegetable kebabs, with halloumi available as an optional extra and BBQ-pulled jackfruit for the vegans in the group. Two generous bowls of coleslaw and green leaf salad completed the spread, while a selection of sauces meant everyone could add their own finishing touch.
With a top-notch spread to dig into, lively atmosphere and plenty of wagging tails, Hazel Valley Hounds’ four-year celebration is definitely one that guests won’t forget anytime soon.
