Beth’s birthday is approaching at the start of July and she is looking forward to celebrating turning 25 with her friends and family. Since her birthday is in the middle of the summer, she usually spends the day outside, making the most of the sunshine, enjoying some drinks, and having a tasty meal. This year will be no different, except Hog Roast Rawtenstall will be on hand to provide the catering! For the menu, Beth contacted our catering manager Sophie to discuss her requirements. It was decided that a buffet menu would be ideal for the 30 guests to enjoy and our Gourmet BBQ menu sounded like the ideal choice. This menu includes a wide variety of dishes and has plenty for each guest to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Rawtenstall team is planning on arriving at Beth’s home in Lancashire in the morning to set up our catering station. Our menu will be served at 4:00pm, so this gives us plenty of time to get to work. For the main dishes, we will be serving juicy British beef burgers, succulent pork sausages, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside a variety of seasonal salad dishes, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, and gourmet coleslaw. Overall, each guest will be able to create a delicious meal from what we have to offer, which is ideal for ensuring that everyone enjoys their food!
