With a stellar reputation and a 5-star rating, Bovis Homes knows how to appreciate their hard-working team. And, to thank the amazing staff and contractors behind their booming success, they threw an epic luncheon earlier this month, which Hog Roast Preston was proud to cater for.
We rolled in, ready to impress the crowd of 50 hungry Bovis Homes employees with our signature: a hog roast! We prepared a premium-quality pig for the group of 50 team members and contractors, and the results were out of this world! In fact, the hog looked so good that many of the guests couldn’t resist snapping selfies with it before we carved it up. It’s not every day you see a roast worthy of Instagram fame, after all!
But it wasn’t just about looks – the hog roast was a winner in the taste department, too! The meat was unbelievably tender and juicy, practically melting in your mouth. Our savoury stuffing, infused with a delightful blend of herbs, made for the perfect sidekick. And let’s not forget the applesauce—tart, sweet, and just the right zing to balance the richness of the pork.
But the true crown jewel of this feast? The crackling, of course! Oh, that perfectly crisp, golden skin! Cooked to golden perfection and served with just a pinch of salt in bamboo bowls, it had everyone coming back for more. One bite, and the whole crowd was hooked.
In the end, the luncheon was a fantastic success, filled with laughter, delicious food, and happy faces.
