In preparation for Halloween, Martin is putting the finishing touches on the party he is hosting for his children and their friends. He is planning on decorating their entire house with a haunted house theme, and going all out with the costumes! There will be plenty of tricks and treats scattered throughout, as well as music and party games. Alongside the mountains of sweets, Hog Roast Chorley has been hired to cater for the occasion. Our manager Sophie is planning on serving our Gourmet BBQ menu since it has dishes for guests of all ages to enjoy and has more than enough to go around. This event is sure to be a lot of fun and the whole team is looking forward to seeing the results of Martin’s decorations!
In preparation for this event, we will be arriving at the private venue in the afternoon to give us plenty of time for the 6:00pm serving time. We will start by barbequing the main dishes, which are set to include succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, and a variety of fresh salad dishes. Our catering will create a well-rounded and hearty evening meal, with enough dishes for everyone to enjoy. The event is sure to be a success and our menu will be a great addition to the evening.
