Everyone has their own Christmas rituals, don’t they? Some people can’t even look at the tinsel until they’ve poured themselves a full mug of mulled wine (hey, no judgement here!). Others insist on a night out with friends before the serious business of wrapping presents begins. And then there’s the team over at Rolls-Royce, who’ve managed to build a festive tradition we’re particularly fond of – because it involves us!
Every year without fail, Hog Roast Lancashire packs up our gear, hops over to their Bankfield Site and helps the team kick off the season with a proper festive feast. It’s become one of those events we circle on the calendar and look forward to, and this year is no exception.
The party is happening on the 12th of December from 11 am, and knowing how much anticipation surrounds it, we’ll be putting our absolute all into every part of the day. From set-up to clean-up, presentation to flavour – we’re leaving nothing to chance. If you’re one of the 400 guests attending, trust us, you’re in for something special!

Hog Roast Lancashire will be serving our signature Festive Menu, starting with slow-roasted free-range pork, complete with that irresistible crackling that everyone knows us for. Add applesauce, sage and onion stuffing and a freshly baked roll, and you’ve got Christmas in sandwich form. For anyone who prefers turkey (or just wants the full classic experience) we’ll be roasting free-range birds until they’re tender, juicy and perfect alongside cranberry sauce.
And of course, we’ve got the veggie and vegan crowd covered. Colourful grilled vegetable kebabs packed with optional halloumi chunks are ideal for those looking for something fun and vibrant, while our BBQ-pulled jackfruit buns promise a hearty, smoky-sweet meat alternative that tastes just like the real thing.
We’re genuinely so excited to see the Rolls-Royce team again – catering their Christmas party has become a highlight of our festive calendar!
If you fancy taking a leaf out of their book and making Hog Roast Lancashire part of your own festive traditions, we’re all ears. Hurry, though – our last remaining Christmas slots are disappearing fast!
