The home of The Clarets just got a £4.6m facelift! And what better way to celebrate it than with a behind-the-scenes tour, good company, and some bangin’ food?
Well, stay tuned because on Thursday 26th June, Hog Roast Lancashire will be joining 60 Business Club guests for an exclusive visit to Burnley FC’s upgraded training ground – and we’re proud to be on hand to cater the event.
Following Burnley FC’s promotion in the league, a fresh wave of investment has helped transform their training facilities. This redevelopment has been in the works for almost two years, with Barnfield Construction leading the charge – but the results have been well worth the wait.
With all new pitches, indoor training spaces, and top-level facilities for first team, youth, and development squads – all under one roof for the first time – it’s a huge step forward for the club and is a sign of exciting things to come both on and off the pitch. The new site is designed to bring everyone together and it’s a proud moment for the Lancashire.
So, naturally, we’re thrilled to be adding to the day with a proper Hog Roast Lancashire feast. Guests will be treated to our signature slow-roasted hog, complete with crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and gluten-free rolls. It’s a classic combination that always hits the mark and gets the crowds raving, and we’re confident it’ll go down a storm with our fellow Burnley FC fans.
And because not everyone is a fan of pork – or meat – we’ll also be taking extremely good care of our vegetarian and vegan guests on the day. They’ll be able to enjoy grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with soft flatbreads and a cool tzatziki dip. On the side, we’ll have fresh seasonal salad and homemade coleslaw to round things off.
Hog Roast Lancashire always enjoys serving at local events. But it’s especially rewarding to be part of something that celebrates community, sport, and progress all in one. Burnley FC’s new chapter is just beginning, and we’re delighted to help make this day a memorable one with food that brings people together.
Here’s to a brilliant day at the training ground – and to many more proud moments ahead for the club.
