So, when our amazing client, Suzie, reached out to request another delicious meal for the hardworking team at Manchester’s Landis+Gyr branch, we jumped at the opportunity!
This marked our fourth consecutive year catering for Landis+Gyr, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled to return! It’s not just the catering that excites us; it’s the incredible people behind this multinational corporation who are making waves in creating a greener future through smart metering and cutting-edge technology. They work tirelessly year-round, and they absolutely deserve a treat. And what better treat is there than a mouth-watering BBQ feast prepared by Hog Roast Ormskirk?
We rolled into the staff car park, set up our gazebo, and got straight to work on preparing a BBQ bonanza! Once everything was ready, we had a fabulous spread that included handmade British beef burgers, gourmet sausages bursting with flavour, juicy chicken kebabs, and sticky-sweet spareribs. For our veggie friends, we didn’t skimp either—there were delicious veggie burgers and sausages, grilled corn cobbettes, and a rainbow of sides comprising mixed fries, zesty pasta salad, crunchy coleslaw, and a vibrant seasonal green leaf salad. Of course, we piled on the rolls and wraps and laid out our signature homemade sauces for that extra zing!
As we served up this feast, you could feel the excitement in the air. The Landis+Gyr team was absolutely buzzing! Their smiles and compliments were the icing on the cake—or should we say the BBQ sauce on the ribs?
After the event, we received a lovely message from Suzie that made our day: “The event went very well, the food was great and really enjoyed by everyone. Thank you, and we will be in touch for our summer BBQ next year.” Hearing that feedback feels like a standing ovation, and we can’t wait to do it all over again!
